This game has some phenominal art. Whether it's the sprites or the official art, it's all very inspiring for me. So I'd like to dedicate this page to the Capcom artists that have official art for this game, along with the 3 works that I like the most from each of them.

Kinu Nishimura

She has become one of my favorite artists of all time! Her style is so recognisable to the point where when I see a piece that looks similar to her style I go "oh! cool, the Kinu Nishimura :-D". Some of my favourite works of hers are the ones she did for 3rd Strike. Specifically the lose and win poses in New Generation and Second Impact. Plus the sketchy posters featuring the characters.... So cool all of them. Her more recent works are great too, love the linework. She has mentioned that she loves drawing girls and thinks it's one of her stronger point and honestly, I agree!! They're cute and very lively!!!!

Daigo Ikeno

He was one of the first artists that caught my eye. To be more specific, his art for Super Puzzle Fighter Turbo 2 caught my eye (just now realising how much of a mouthful that title is!) It's just so... cartoonish and clean and colorful and cute and fun. Neat-o stuff. Whilst I lean more towards his more cartoon-y drawings, a lot of his works lean more towards realism. Well, at least realistic rendering, which I still like a lot! He was the guy that made the character portraits for Street Fighter 4, which is cool. I like those ones. My personal favourite work of his would have to be the one where Ryu is doing his laundry whilst the two other people there look at him with shock. The composition, the rendering, their expressions. It's all just so good.
